There are thousands of medication and creams with labels that read, “You will be surprised to see your wrinkles vanish in no time,” or may be “Treat your wrinkles with the best cream.” But do they really help? They might help you to some extent. Nevertheless, have you ever thought till what age will you keep taking these medications, and for how long will you apply that anti-wrinkle cream? Aging is like a disease. You can always choose to slow it down with these chemicals, but you can never stop them. After some point, you will have to stop taking these chemical help and this is when you will realize, your skin has completely lost its elasticity and all you feel is sagged and rough skin. This would be a complete disappointment then.

Do not be regular at that beach because you like tanned skin. Sunlight is the major cause for the formation of wrinkles. It rehydrates your skin at a very fast rate causing dehydration. The UV rays can cause additional problems like skin cancer. Sunlight provides vitamin D. When the body is exposed to the sun for a short while, enough vitamin D is absorbed for your benefit. Nevertheless, that does not mean you enjoy sun bathing at the expense of wrinkles and disease.
Sleep well. Sleeping distresses your mind and allows your muscles to relax. This avoids forming of dark circles and wrinkles under your eyes.
You definitely could not be looking for the mysterious fountain of youth, hoping that you will find it one day, and you will be able to reverse your aging process. This is just a myth. Aging can never stop and there is no realistic cure for wrinkles. It will come with age. All you can do is prevent early wrinkle formation and reduce the visibility of wrinkles with aging.
